Why do I need to provide Title 24 compliance report?

Submission of Title 24 Energy Compliance documentation is required prior to issuing building permits when you are building a new residential or adding new conditioned floor area to an existing building.

Our Energy Analysts are certified by the California Association of Building Energy Consultants. WestPac Air Conditioning Inc. will provide a turnkey energy documentation package with the most cost effective solution to your energy compliance needs. At WestPac Air Conditioning Inc., we work hard to find opportunities for Architects, Developers, Contractors, and Home Owners to save money on both construction and energy bills.

A typical Residential energy analysis report includes the following:

  • Prescriptive and computer compliance
  • ASHRAE design heating and cooling load calculations
  • Sizing heating and cooling equipment
  • Residential CF1-R and support documentation
  • Mandatory measures check list, reflecting minimum compliance requirements
  • CAD Drawings

For most projects, we need the following:

  • Completed Architecture plans
  • Windows schedules
  • Water heater sizing

  • Single Family Home: $400.00 up to 3000 square feet
  • Same plan with alternate elevations: $50.00 for every plan
